Autopsy shows severe injuries in Baton Rouge toddler's death; trial ongoing

Lanaya Cardwell took the stand in her own defense Friday during her trial for the death of her 2-year-old daughter, Nevaeh Allen. Cardwell is currently facing a charge of second-degree cruelty to a juvenile.
