Authorities identify three victims in deadly crash near Julian

Three people, Mark Gerald Vaugh Straass, Jesus Canales Lopez, and Maria Del Carmen Contreras Albino, were killed in a head-on collision along State Route 78 near Julian on April 4, 2026.
