Attorney investigates possible civil litigation in fatal hit-and-run of 6-year-old boy

A civil litigation attorney is investigating whether to file a civil lawsuit in the case of the fatal hit-and-run that killed 6-year-old Hudson O'Loughlin in Pacific Beach, while the driver, Tiffany Sanchez, has pleaded not guilty to all three charges against her.
