Attorney General, legal group file appeal to keep 10 Commandments monument on Arkansas capitol grounds

An appeal has been filed in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit seeking to overturn a district court ruling that a 10 Commandments monument violates the Establishment Clause.
