Arkansas Storm Team Forecast: Dangerous, life-threatening heat for one more day

Extremely high heat and humidity will greatly impact Arkansas again today. 80% of the state is under an Extreme Heat Warning. That means heat index values will at least reach 110°. Central Arkansas may creep up to 115°. Some places in East Arkansas may exceed 115°. A front will pass through Tuesday night and bring relief in the form of normal temperatures and lower humidity Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday before it starts to turn hot again over the weekend.
