Arkansas State Fire Marshal retiring after 45 years of service

The Arkansas Division of Emergency Management announced in a news release Monday that State Fire Marshal Dennis Free will retire effective July 1, concluding a career marked by "dedication, professionalism and an unwavering commitment to public safety."
