Arkansas registration opens for Greatest American Cleanup

The Arkansas Department of Parks, Heritage and Tourism has opened registration for the Greatest American Cleanup, a nationwide initiative running from March through May, which is open to schools, civic groups, businesses, nonprofits and individuals.
