Arkansas projected to finish fiscal year with a $500 million-plus surplus

The Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration is projecting the state to finish its fiscal year with a $585.8 million surplus, with a 6% jump in revenues and a 5.4% increase in personal income for the 2027 fiscal year.
