Arkansas National Guard to aid counties impacted by winter storm

The Arkansas National Guard has been directed by Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders to shift its response efforts from assisting the Arkansas State Police to supporting the Arkansas Department of Health in select counties across the state, providing around-the-clock ambulance escort support until Jan. 28, 2026.
