Arkansas Game and Fish Commission experts sound caution over angling for big bass for the Legacy Lunker program 

Anglers fishing deep for species like black bass are warned to be aware of barotrauma and to use the AGFC's Legacy Lunker program to help develop bigger fish for Arkansas waterways.
