Arkansas Department of Human Services names Foster Family of the Year winners

Mary Thornton of Marianna was named Arkansas' 2026 Foster Family of the Year at the annual Foster Family of the Year Gala, which honored 10 foster families for their dedication to supporting children and families in foster care.
