Arkansas Department of Corrections officer killed in deadly crash outside Cummings Unit

20-year-old Corporal Kajayla Hill, an officer with the Arkansas Department of Corrections, was killed in a crash outside the Cummins Unit on Thursday night when her car was struck by an 18-wheeler.
