Arkansas Baptist College graduates first META24 class aimed at diverting at-risk teens from incarceration

Arkansas Baptist College on Friday celebrated the graduation of its first class of students from the META24 program, an initiative designed to disrupt what educators call the “pipeline to prison” for Arkansas teens at highest risk.
