Arkansas Attorney General Tim Griffin announces Medicaid Fraud conviction of Piggot man

Arkansas Attorney General Tim Griffin announced that Mikel Rios pleaded guilty to felony Medicaid fraud and was sentenced to three years' probation, a $500 fine plus court costs and ordered to pay $4,273 in restitution for billing Medicaid for personal care services in clients' homes when data showed he was not near the homes for the time he billed.
