Arkansas AG plans to appeal ruling that Ten Commandments displays in public schools are unconstitutional

Arkansas Attorney General Tim Griffin has filed a notice stating he intends to appeal a federal judge's ruling that the display of the Ten Commandments in public schools is unconstitutional.
