Arby's, rebuilt Taco Bell open in Rotterdam

Two fast food chains recently opened (or reopened) in Rotterdam. Arby's is now open at 1900 Altamont Avenue and a rebuilt Taco Bell has reopened at 1417 Altamont Avenue.
