Amendment D 2.0? Utah legislature ponders special session to change Constitution over initiatives

Throughout this year's legislative session, Utah's GOP Senate leaders have been signaling that a so-called "Amendment D 2.0" could be coming to reverse the Utah Supreme Court's 2024 decision over the power of initiatives, but with a week and half left until the end of the session, no language has been made public.
