80,000 baby monitors recalled due to fire hazard

(WHTM) -- The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) announced that more than 80,000 baby monitors have been recalled. According to CPSC, approximately 81,800 Babysense Max View Baby Monitors (model number VBM55RX) have been recalled because the display or "parent" unit of the baby monitors can overheat and/or spark when charging, posing a fire hazard.
