A 4.2-magnitude earthquake shook San Bernardino County Friday afternoon. The quake struck at about 3:13 p.m., 35 miles east of Barstow, according to the U.S. Geological Survey. The earthquake occurred at a depth of roughly 0.8 miles below the Earth’s surface.
