Two Schenectady County men have been charged in a cocaine distribution conspiracy in Burlington, Vermont. According to the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Vermont, 42-year-old Donald Stewart of Schenectady, and 49-year-old Lisandro Brown of Rotterdam, are accused of selling cocaine base to a confidential source.
