BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- Two teenagers were arrested Sunday after a bike take over in northwest Bakersfield. BPD said officers arrested a 14 and 16-year-old for reckless bicycle riding after dozens of teens flooded Brimhall Road Sunday afternoon. Video from the scene shows groups of teenagers blocking traffic.
