19-year-old woman arrested on suspicion of DUI crash at Hageman and Allen roads

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- A 19-year-old woman was arrested for allegedly driving while impaired and causing a crash in northwest Bakersfield Friday morning, according to the California Highway Patrol.
