$17 Million Lien in Lacey Tops Ocean County Sheriff’s August Foreclosure Auction

Toms River, NJ – The Ocean County Sheriff’s Office has announced its next foreclosure auction will be held on Tuesday, Aug. 11, at 2 p.m. at the Ocean County Justice Complex in Toms River. As with all sheriff’s sales, the list of available properties is subject to change before the auction due to settlements, cancellations, adjournments or bankruptcy filings.

Two marinas top the list in August, including one in Lacey and one in Lavallette.
