13 arrested during Putnam County drug operation; 4 still at large

According to the Putnam County Sheriff's Office, indictments came down on April 13 after months of undercover operations. Three days later, drug agents comprised of the PCSO, the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration, the Tennessee Department of Correction and the High Intensity Drug Trafficking Areas program conducted "Operation Spring Cleaning."
