1 killed, 1 in hospital after head-on crash with semitrailer in Larimer County: CSP

A 21-year-old man is dead and a 20-year-old woman is in a hospital after a semitrailer driving on the wrong side of U.S. 287 hit their vehicle head-on early Saturday morning.
