07/28/2026: Quite a Bit of Rain on the Way

Slow-moving showers, downpours, and thunderstorms are sliding our way from the west this morning and will gradually move into our region later this morning into the early afternoon. This storm system will be with us for much of the remainder of this work week. While rather unsettled, it's not a complete & total washout as we do anticipate intervals of dry time. On the contrary, when it rains, it's likely to be heavier more often than it is lighter.
